my Portfolio is now at 330k$ consisting of 200k$ of Stocks and ETFs and rest of it as cash which i got earlier from my inheritance.
How do i approach real estate without getting cuckd of browns, nigger, pajeets and falafel-niggers?

My plan was to actually put everything of my income in my side hustle as i can(stocks and ETFs) but with the boomer cash i got now im searching out for real estate investments. Looked some houses up with a realtor and honestly german boomerfags are trying to sell their fucking ruines to people and people are still in the price range of the economic boom of the last 15 years and are far away from reality one can say germanys real estate market is currently overvalued at 30%ish and old relics at least 60 to 75% given the fact that our globohomo government wants to force people to renovate their homes to eco-enviromentally friendly shit.

Also how can i get faster to one million dollars, i want to escape this shithole as fast as i can.
