You're not wrong, but unfortunately this is not an acceptable opinion in our modern western societies. Every part of our societies are based on the idea that hard working people should provide everything for the potheads, the endless stream of third worlders, lefties, criminals, neets, etc.
This problem spans much further than just HR policies.
