Same as the H1Bs, the promise of future citizenship is part of the compensation and they are utterly at the mercy of their employer while trying to get it. It's a totally artificial system set up to crush american labor by a ruling class that hates americans. I don't blame the illegals, I blame the rulers.

It's also an intrinsic part of the dollar being reserve currency and being held artificially strong to empower that same ruling class. You've got to manipulate the price of everything priced in dollars to hold that system together, and wages are just the price of labor.
