When I was 19, I took 480v 3 phase and I blacked out but came to a few min later. I went to the hospital, they checked my heart and it was fine.
We were moving a machining operation and I was tearing out the old electrical installation. My boss assured me that he shut the service off for the building and I even looked at the service myself on the way there, but the panel I got hit by was fed from another building.

Scared the shit out of me and I almost quit over it. The lesson is to have a good quality, well-maintained, properly inspected multimeter on your person at all fucking times.
