How can I make the most amount of money off of section 8 housing or low income housing?

I want to buy some 4plex in the ghetto and rent them out. Iam not planning on making much in the end but I want a property that pays for itself and still gives me the tax breaks that I need.

Whats some advice on going about this the right way?

So /biz/ I have decided to keep renting my apt instead ofbuying a house. But I do want to buy a rental property top create a cash flow outside of work.

How do I minimize losses? What are some tips and tricks in the rental business? Does this seem like a better idea than just buying a house?

I want to open a small used car lot for roaches (shitty credit poor people).

I want to do my own in house financing and only sell cheap cars.

Pretty much sell a 2k car for 5k, get 2k down and charge 30% interest on the loan. Have all cars with the kill switch and gps. Wait for the dead beats to miss 2 months and then repo the car back. Rinse and repeat until car no longer can be sold.

What are your thoughts on this? Would 100k start up money be enough to start out small?

Advice?
