Pretty hard to know what price someone is willing to pay for an item.

Examples i could think of; Car salesmen where you haggle. A fruit stand out in small city where people pay what they want for the fruit

How much capital would i need to create ~$50k a year in passive income?

I want to retire when im 35 and go live on a family farm where my income will be limited.

Status: 3 years until i get my master (free ride) (economics degree)
- got $130k
- i will get ~80k in 2-3 years. ¨

what do now? i can take risks now but later i will convert to something with low risk when i get near 35 years

Question /biz/

I have all my wealth in real estate but i do have $6k on a bank account yielding lmao 0% real interest.

Would it make sense to invest in a index fund? keep in mind im 22 and i wont need this money until +28 (When i will move out of the city (after uni))

Would it pay off? thinking about just putting the money in bonds or Standard and poors since my time frame 4-8 years.

Also keep in mind im from europe (if it matters)
