I mean you said it.
I buy canned wild caught salmon from iherb, much better.
Wild caught salmon is one of the best foods in the world, if not the best.
Farm raised salmon is probably the worst.
I also buy canned organic chicken there, it's 1/4 the price of deliveroo, high quality food, available at an instant.
I usually combine it with a can of organic beans and organic salsa. Done in 5 minutes and healthy af.

Overall I stock up on
>canned organic chicken
>canned wild caught salmon
>canned organic mixed beans
>organic salsa
whenever they're on sale. My freezer is full of grass fed, antibiotic-free and hormone free beef -

>sometimes oyster blade (usually not available but better).
Sometimes I also buy the whole 3kg rib eye, butcher it myself, ends up cheap.

I eat raw cauliflower 1-2 times per week for my cruciferous veggie needs.
I eat a lot of red cabbage + carrot salad which unironically fills you up with a 200 kcal portion, perfect when cutting, and red cabbage is full of antioxidants.

Apart from that, I eat junk food 2 or 3 servings per week. Usually pizza or asian. I also finish every meal with something sweet. Yet I still drop 1-2kg/month when cutting and gain decent size when bulking, as long as the rest on the list is in check.

If anyone else is in Dubai I can send you the list of where I buy every single ingredient I use from (I spent a day finding the cheapest option for every food I consume).

Indians here make less than $20k.
Except for doctors. Doctors make California salaries on no tax. So technically, there are white collar jobs.
But for standard EU professions like codemonkey, web designer, business analyst, etc, you'll have a hard time finding one.
And I guess the trend is to hire Indians.
You'll only make it easily here if you're a construction engineer, or a doctor.
