There's a wave of people already trying to do that. You'll only make it if you catch a trend with your art that the algorithms like. I would personally recommend avoiding overreliance on ai art, especially in Youtube videos because the company does not like people getting carried away with automation, like when "creators" were spamming the site with mass produced Text to Speech 4chan / reddit thread narrations. There was a dumbfuck on /biz/ a few months back who got a mortgage off AI dogshit videos right before Youtube cracked down on his livelihood. Either way, if you can come up with some idea that isn't a total crock of shit, is easy for you to implement and you're willing to grind on social media then yeah, you could probably make some money. The metagame right now is to print NFTs and scam retards or to sell merch but quite frankly I see real artists having more success on both of those fronts. Merch is also a shitshow too, I do not know anyone who has sold physical AI art merch or the quality of it -- we're talking about low res images for the most part. AI Upscaling is good, but it can only do so much.

Some legit advice for you is to make non-Meta/Facebook sites a priority for your social media game because Meta right now is going through a midlife crisis where they want Instagram to be Tiktok 2. They are prioritizing short form video over quite literally every other form of content creation. I don't think it's worth all the effort to try and make money off this technology right now. Most of the people I've seen trying to make money off of SD/MJ/DALLE-2 are making a few dollars at most, the prompt wizards of social media (who, it might surprise you to find out are primarily real industry artists) are able to create ai art that looks way better than the blatant cash-grab normie stuff currently being spammed everywhere.
