Tinnitus anon, buy one of these ear washers and rinse your grease holes with 50/50 mix of warm water to hydrogen peroxide.
The peroxide will bubble up behind blockages and push the blockage away from your ear drum. Much safer than Q-tips because you don't risk pushing wax further into your ear.

I have bad tinnitus from the military, and this helped alleviate the random spikes in tinnitus almost completely. I still have the constant whine but it's much more bearable.
Also, CBD, Kratom and NSAIDS can worsen symptoms dramatically.
Sleeping with the fan on may provide some relief, but it will worsen your symptoms
