Why is bitcoin price increasing this rapidly?

Does this usually indicate a crash soon because it's a bubble? How high is it going to get before crashing? What will it crash to?

I've been reading stuff on this board and everything seems contradictory. I sold my bitcoin at the other crash because it seemed like it was going to get lower then it bounced back and is going even higher rapidly.

Should I buy back in now, or wait for it to crash?.
