How can I improve my employment odds from here out? I’m actually smart and on psychometric tests they make you sit at the start of online applications often score 98th/99th percentile of applicants (on the ones that tell you) but obviously my grades and resume are awful so I get no further

Tl;dr I have awful grades and only a year left. How do I not end up unemployed
