Honestly don't, unless you've already got a decent job and sorted finances. I used to be really big into substance abuse (MDMA, Adderall & Ritalin, LSD and shrooms, and ofc liquor and weed), and after quitting amphetamines I just couldn't function as a normal human anymore. Upped my liquor and weed consumption and got into a bad zone for months.

Only thing that got me through was a couple good mates and sheer self-hatred as I saw the person I wished to become slowly fade. Just focus on developing personal relations and friendships, and rekindle your passions and dreams.

Once you're a functioning member of society again, and after you know enough about crypto and finances/investing in general, then make a decision. This is a really smoke and mirrors market, and I'm just hoping for some quick, minute gains before I get out. If you have the time, just invest in actual stocks and only dabble in crypto. And if you're the entrepreneurial type then perhaps look into starting something in your own field and passion, or just something to make some money, provided you do have a good head on your shoulders.

However, if you can't afford to lose, just work a normal job and invest in indexes for retirement and search for joy elsewhere in life, as you're bound to never find it in finance anyway. Good luck anon, and goodspeed fren

What's the point of life without some primal pleasure sprinkled in here and there?

You're right though, I really should
