I'm only beginning to research companies but I have notes on one company with a property in Nevada. The company in question is Summa Silver. I'll post the summary for you:

Very promising Canada-based exploration stage company with projects in the US. Drilling has been done in both of their properties. The Hughes Property in the historic Tonopah mining district, Nevada, USA has total historic track record of 175Moz Ag; 1.86Moz Au from 8.8Mt of ore (Average 1,263g/t AgEq). The historical Belmont mine inside the 2,689ac property is a primary exploration target but the property is virtually unexplored to the East. The company expects the property to have "at least" 80Moz Au & 700Moz Ag, which is a huge amount. The Mongollon Project in New Mexico, USA has a large inferred vein network and a consolidated mine inside the property. Drilling results great so far and they have clear targets. 3 year option to own 75% of the property.

Award-winning management, no debt, $11.5M in cash, very centralized shareholdings indicate the company is confident in their projects.
Medium risk, very high/high gain
