Anyone can fork anything, all the code is public. Problem is, you'd have to convince holders to follow along and invest. Blockchains have value because people find a use for them either as investment vehicles or dApp usecases... ideally, both. A third fork of LUNC would never be taken seriously by anyone. Where would the liquidity come from? Who would work on the chain? How would the airdrops be handled? There's a million problems with the idea.

Fren, it takes a while for the system to average out the rewards. What you're seeing aren't the correct staking rewards - they're about 17% across the board. A new validator is skewed toward a lower percentage because it recently came online, but you're getting the full amount. It's just that the info printouts are wonky.

Nova is a fren node, stake with it if you want to help steer the chain in the right direction.

You can't get rugged either (you're not sending your coins, only your voting power).
