It's becoming more clear that they want this to be an STO launchpad. The exchange is literally made by them to have a platform to trade this on.

In other words, you'll be able to use your LCX tokens to participate in the IEO/fundraiser for some big boy (Wikipedia?) in the same fashion you use BNB on Binance Launchpad or POLS in Polkastarter.

Spot trading was never the goal, but will follow naturally as they gain more users that will stick around for the features they're building now.
