Would it be possible/profitable to crowd-fund a concentration camp for trannys and niggers?

The majority of people claiming that hard work is virtue by itself.

Personally, as an employee, my only focus to work hard is either:
1) if it will increase my remuneration
2) For personal growth(learning curve, work ethic, etc. - please offer more samples)
3) For overall team work - being able to pull my weight.

Other than that i'll rather chill, do bare minimum, go with the flow - whichever you choose it seems the right thing to do. It's self explanatory I don't think i have to argument this one. People are not explicit about it but everyone wants more for less, labour market included. But verbally they all very hard workers. I know i'm lazy and somehow it's bad but i'm not sure why. Why oh why ?

Lets oversimplify for the sake of the argument we gone divide the job market in two categories: 50% upper tier(good jobs), 50% lower tie (i.e. cashier). The former is ok, the latter - i don't see why would anyone feel proud or wanna work hard as a lower tier laborer. Could continue but don't want to stretch it too far, I think we'r on the same page.
