Except I don't. Imagine thinking you can deduce a complete understanding of someone's spiritual knowledge/wisdom based off a single post; decades of experience and research culminating into the current state of the value as it exists in the present moment. You witness a nanosecond glimpse of that value, and instead of asking questions in order to truly understand, you arrogantly assume what I know and associate it with mainstream brainlets who hijack the wisdom/knowledge of antiquity and dilute it down to a near-worthless level. I'm not trying to insult you; I'm simply bringing the objective truth to your awareness, and doing so in a neutral state of mind/being.

Yes, but it's not just that. The Bible incorporates many subjects, including human anatomy. Garden of Eden is the enlightened state of being/body, inhabited by the left brain hemisphere (Adam) and the right brain hemisphere (Eve). That story illustrates the importance for humans to utilize both brain hemispheres, but always lead their lives with logic, order, reasoning i.e. the left brain hemisphere (Adam) as opposed to leading with emotion and unbounded imagination that can lead to delusion and get us in trouble i.e. the right brain hemisphere (Eve). The key is to balance both. Pic related, the caduceus, aka the Staff/Rod of Hermes, represents the cerebrospinal column of a human, with the staff being the spine, the two wings being the brain hemispheres, and the two snakes representing the esoteric masculine and esoteric feminine, which are to be transmuted towards higher/divine purposes that are in alignment with God, as opposed to using those energies for lowly, primal purposes, which will lead us to "hell", a state of being.

Before you even think about using shrooms in any capacity you need to optimize your health in other dimensions of life. The mains six dimensions of health are: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental. There is a reason they are listed in that order, though I won't go in depth regarding that.

1.) Be asleep no later than midnight. Wake up by 6AM.
2.) Immediately hydrate yourself by drinking two glasses of water, then go to the bathroom and splash cold water on your face.
3.) Go outside and meditate for 15 minutes in direct sunlight. If the Sun is not out that's fine, but if it is out be grateful and take in the energy.
4.) Have a light meal (3 raw organic eggs with glass of orange juice), then go exercise. Go on a hike/jog/run, cycle, swim, weight lift, whatever. Just get your heart rate up in the morning and experience the calming, feel-good endorphins afterwards. It will set the tone for your day. Drink a protein shake afterwards.
5.) Shower, get dressed, eat more if you need to, then take care of whatever business you have for the day.
6.) During the evenings I highly recommend having an hour to read and/or an hour to express yourself through art, like painting or playing a musical instrument. If you don't know how, learn. Your right brain hemisphere is as important as your left.

You can fill up the gaps in the daily schedule, just try to make it productive within the context of the dimensions of health.

Do this for 3 months, then you'll be in a better state of mind/being to use psychedelics to whatever extent. In the meantime, look into Paul Stamets: https://youtu.be/_Isphu4c8hU
