If you actually lurked here you would know that we prioritise food, water, weapons, tools etc. If you can afford a house/land we say go for it, if you want to make money go into stocks and if you have the balls to go for gamble on some crypto even. Diversification is the key. Never ever we say that you have to take unnecessary risk like taking loans (although possible play on inflation here) to buy PM’s, no we ask you to cost average and never exceed your budget to pay your bills.
