I don't have any inheritance/windfalls coming my way ever, so I know I need to do it all on my own.

Sometimes I feel like I'm doing all the right things (paying off debt, saving monthly, part-time degree, etc) but otherwise everything just feels hopeless.

I guess I just hope all this work pays off.
