Actually, if Skycoin hits Ethereum's current market cap then SKY will be at $500. If it hits Ethereum's ATH mcap it will be over $10,000 per SKY.

Skywire is just one application on the Skycoin platform. This particular application will be rolled out over many years, but that doesn't make it imaginary. Many other applications running on the SKY platform are already complete, and many more are in development. It's a massive project with a lot of moving parts. It's not just a basic coin like BTC that only does one thing. I think the complexity of this project is causing you a lot of confusion, but if you spend more time researching I'm certain you'll be able to get your head around its scope.
