When this board was made people noted that it would never go beyond shitposting, and its true so far. People dont post much finance news to shitpost over or talk about such things.

I think cryptos and college advice both need their own cyclic sticky threads. They're cute but they completely slide actual discussions, and a board needs shitposting to form a community.

Does anyone know any good books on organisational theory/analysis?

Like a lot of people here, I was a NEET for awhile after high school.

I ended up getting a job as Sysadmin and for 4 years it sucked my soul out. I managed to learn a lot about the business I worked for and am currently looking to build a small business that is similar to the one I worked in.

The thing that I haven't been able to nail down is social interaction. I didn't really make a lot of friends during my stint but people definitely saw me as a capable individual, and despite my abrasiveness they came to me with questions on how the business should be run and how to optimize it.

I currently have the problem with needing to find a bank to both give me a business loan and sponsor my financial services company, but despite having a great business plan (low burn rate and initial capital injection, high margin, lean staff) I haven't the slightest clue how to negotiate such a deal.

Does /biz/ have any tips on negotiation and showing off your competence and drive without coming off like a prick?
