i posted this map earlier but this is more a problem with still having way too many stores
like Gamestop is still suffering badly when the board had this mentality to expand aggressively like they're like coffee shops

there is no reason Gamestop should be reliant on sales of collectibles and used games to stay profitable, given how line ups can get crazy with some game releases (e.g. Animal crossing). This is a problem with efficiency and the board members lacking the decisiveness to cut down stores fast enough. Some stores are too close and basically competing with each other
