It's not alleged, it's eatablished in the proceedings cuck. You would know that if you could use that lump of lipids between your ears. And it's not arguable, craig has btfo every so called expert in bitcoin in every aspect of it.

>what is a trust

Regardless of that though, if you have a lambo with a key and someone else takes that key, is it their lambo? Or if you don't have the key is it still yours? If someone walks past and goes wow nice lambo and you say it's mine, then they start demanding you start the lambo are you obliged to start it because some fuckwit demands? What if the same fuckwit goes tells all his friends at a reddit meetup that you're lying about your lambo so they all come yell fraud at you for not starting it while you're sitting down to lunch with business partners. The business partners then start sketching out on you because a mob of kvetching retards are yelling fraud at you, do you have the recourse to sue them for libel or defamation?

Having or not having keys is not proof of anything. There are many different reasons why one might not have them or wish to use them. If that's your only valid form of evidence then you have no awareness of how things are proved in a court of law.

I can't wait til he drops his credit card receipt with the invoice for the bitcointalk domain on you fucking custard brained parrots.

>made a bit of cash money laundering
He made a cool billion running online betting services, i.e., providing a market. He is not a dummy, especially when it comes to matters of money.
And yeah, you bet your ass he hates the government. They have tried to thwart his business which was otherwise harming no one. Like many of us who got into this game early, he has a more than healthy distrust of government, which is one reason why he is attracted to bitcoin.
