What am I missing from this shitcoin? Why wouldn't anyone use this over eth, after all c# is one of the most popular coding languages and there are tools to audit code.

Only the strong projects will survive. Why don't you fill your bags as insurance? Think about it, who will use blockchain? Companies or individuals? How many companies have blockchain developers, and how many of those know solidity? How many companies use c# and how many programmers know this language? How many companies want to mine crypto? How many companies want to tokenize their assets to keep control, vs selling out to VC? Do companies want to be associated with DLT or cryptokitties?
