I don't think this spiel works in real life anymore OP. Maybe 30 years ago, but deff not right now. I work on IT and half of our crew is some shade of black, and we're not even a big company or anything. Hell, i think there is actually more negros in the whole company than white people and i've yet to see any sort of discrimination at all. If we have problems, we have them in relation to other stuff, and as far as i know, that's the same for our sister companies. We rarely talk about salaries but unless some of the other guys lie, we're all making the same shit, so that's another thing that isn't accurate. And unless you never get out of your bubble, you will see this is true for almost everyone out there. As the young start to form a new workforce, they will eventually nullify racism as a whole, at least systematically, your little victim play has an expiring date.
You can't even talk about a gap on knowledge, the other day one of the malasyan guys gave me the most spectacular shill on soramitsu that you could ever imagine. He talked about ins and outs, how it's revolutionary and yada yada, and even knew how to answer all of my questions.
