At what age did you realise you'd chosen completely the wrong career/degree path?

>get invited to interview, six hour interview with group, written and interview assessments
>some time passes
>head of office and HR want to interview me now

How did the job market become like this? Is NEET the way forward?

Today is my first day not smoking,Have been smoking for 5 years now and i really want to quit and be more productive, weed made me skip alot of great stuff and girls just so i can get high. I'm sure i would be in a better place if i've never started smoking. Wish me luck, frens.
