Saudi Arabia just took the first step on the path to full membership in the SCO, joining the Chinese-led bloc as a 'dialogue partner'. Meanwhile, Iran's full membership in the SCO is scheduled to take effect this Saturday.

The Hang Seng increased 2.06% today on this news. It has increased 17.26% over the last six months. Probably on track to return to 2021 levels as an underwhelming and dangerous American market drives foreign capital to China.
