Currently holding CONN (220 shares) went all in as a poor EU student. My question is for my U AS AND A friends what this actually means? I'm not majoring finance neither am I known with the U AS AND A laws.

It seems lawyers are asking investors to sue CONN's? But the stock is rocketing. Could you guys explain if this is a killing blow in the futures? Seems like very bad news to me.
