How do you feel about the merger? I've also heard sentiment around government regulation hurting them further. I don't follow that ticker much didn't realize they paid a dividend.

Also as far as MRK goes I see there's risk for that also if you look at the weeklies it might hit some resistance soon. I don't know if I'd want it long term.
