I'm seriously asking, if the government are the baddies, why places in africa where the government has failed people don't just rise up and built utopia? IG Yemen and Somalia? Or I don't know, an more recent even, let's say Afghanistan. Why don't people built dream utopia in Afghanistan? What is stopping the companies that develop infrastructure to go to Afghanistan?
