the way I understand it is that Evergreen (for example) was cayman based so they were about to say "lol" to the ccp and declare bankruptcy in the US while covering themselves to be the "creditors" outside of China, screwing the mainland and getting away with all the money basically. So I know head nigger there was finally arrested and put on hyper administrative house arrest or whatever you'd call it.
