Is Vanguard a white hat actually trying to bring low cost investing to the masses while BlackRock is trying to do the opposite and enslave the population?

This is some yin and yang shit going on and the biggest financial news if Vanguard surpasses BlackRock and the world's largest asset management company in 2023.
