1.6T I need this big break please I’m tired of living paycheck to paycheck

Frankly i dont know what to do anymore with my life. I am a philippine expat in germany. I came to study but never managed to finish it and during covid 2020 i managed to take a loan (Studienkredit) and racked up a debt till around 24k €. And right now i am on the verge of being exmatriculated.

My question is, should i just go buy a plane ticket back to my third world home?

Will they chase me there or at best case only my passport is getting blacklisted?

I also lost a lot of money because of sport gambling (yes i know i am retarded, bear wirh me).

Is it over for me bros? I love living here in germany but everything has gone to shit.
