Meanwhile Degiro finally emailed me back after I asked them if they have received shares from DTCC.
At first they had sent me a condescending explanation of what a stock split was, and why the price was divided by 4.
I then sent them the actual 8K form and statement from Gamestop - did they fucking get the divvy or not?

Their reply:

Where do I go from here, if anywhere? Compliance officer? Regulator?
It's not like I'm expecting to solve anything, but I'd like to apply some pressure anyway.
Also, it's been a month. Is the DTCC seriously going to get away with stealing in broad daylight?
