everything is such a bad value. i looked at this beach house someone renovated and totally ruined, if they had left it as is i could have paid them a good amount for it and theyd make the same profit, but instead the retarded boomer but $160k of horrible renovations into it that he expects somehow for me to pay a premium now. im talking fake wood beams with indian feather carvings and weird kitchen island and some expensive wall bench and just stupid crap. theres a bunch of rural acerage properties for sale with old sawmills and concrete businesses and these boomers expect me to pay them million dollar premiums because of the business potential, if the business is so fucking good why are they selling it?

and then in the suburbs there are just stick frame chip board bullshits.

im thinking of just buying commercial warehouse and living in it.
