Isnt minimum wage based off of local prices then lowered a bit?
$15 in new york has different purxhasing power than say Appalachia where its the poorest communities in the country. Why is there so much push for federal supremacy when states should have power to control their internal affairs based off the 10th amendment. One could even further argue that by nationally raising tge wage it will directly affect surrounding states, inciting the interstate commerce clause.
