Second exercise is lie in a position like your getting ready to do a sit up. Then put inner parts of feet together. Then knees together, then move your knees outward from each other anywhere from 1-8 inches until you find a sweet spot where your legs start convulsing.

Go slow with this though. Less is more. 5-10 mins tops. Every other day

Other main exercises is lie on ground in the position like your going to do a sit up. Put the insides of your feet together, knees together too.... then move your knees outward from one another 1-10 inches and find the sweet spot where you start tremoring and shaking

These aren’t really exercises because you body does it themselves.

This makes me think Q is unironically real. Western medicine is not in the business of healing.

I had severe adrenal fatigue and my anxiety and stress got so bad I was dissociating with depersonalization and derealization. Then went to New Mexico to do somatic experiencing and the overlapping trauma release exercises and especially the trauma release exercises cured me. The dude behind it bercelli realized that wild animals who get attacked by predators never have long lasting effects of anxiety and stress after getting away from a predator attacking them because they instantly tremor out the stress and trauma and then go back to grazing 2 mins later like nothing ever happened. I went from 20% function to basically 98% in 2 weeks. It also helps with immunity too which is good for corona because your body isn’t all bottled up. Mental health issues isn’t in your head but trauma stored in your body.... which is why talk therapy doesn’t work.

I made a couple threads on this a few weeks back both threads a week apart and here was one of the responses from an biztard here when he saw my second thread a week later
