I found my dream house, the problem is the owner doesn't want to sell. I've concocted kind of a (((plan))) to get this guy out and want to hear your opinion. Two lots on either side of his house are for sale at around $12k each. If I buy both of them, can I just start to really blight the land within the bounds of the law to drive down his property value? And just generally drive up his desire to sell?

Are there any problems with this besides being pretty immoral?

I'm not falling for this meme again. I bought at $0.36 and it lost more than half it's value overnight. Still holding about 10,000 LINK but once it hits $0.50, I can't wait to bail on this shitcoin and move my assets over to BTC like I should have in the first place.
