I am looking into starting a porn company. The general plan is:
1. save startup capital
2. file LLC
3. gather forms (release, fed req, etc.)
4. locate models
5. do initial shoots
6. space out uploads to clip sale and tube sites (site choice is to keep costs low, long term goal is my own site).

I figure 15 videos to start out will at least get my account some traffic and hopefully enough revenue to keep up production.

My problem is keeping the initial costs lower. Modeling fees run $1,000 (or more) per shoot in the USA. I figure I can do mid-shoot makeup changes and edit it into more than one video to be released at different dates, but that is still a lot of money for the first few months of a business. I figure I could spend a couple weeks in an eastern European and/or Southeast Asian country and do 1-2 shoots every day to keep that cost down, but I know I'm opening myself up to more legal headaches.

Does anyone here have any tips, tricks, or experience that may help? I'm not new to opening a business, but I am new to this industry and I could use tips on startup capital as well.
