>Boss and company always talking about BLM and how we’re doing a token donation to po’ black chillun to help them go to architecture school lmao. This is at the same time these same “vibrant youths” throw bricks through our downtown lobby windows.
The benefits are good, and 4 weeks pto and healthcare are nice, but I just can’t get over that so many well educated and adjusted people can’t seem to realize the dissonance and irony they are participating in.
My friend’s firm across town just cut everybody’s pay and hours 20% so I guess I’ll just stay where I am for the moment. The economy is looking very uncertain in this industry.
