Has anyone else noticed when LINK follows BTC dump, it only dumps in percentages of prime numbers (1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 11%) I know 2 is prime but it gets skipped for some reason, and remains stable (locally relative) until dumping to the next prime, only if BTC is continuing to dump?

And on the upside, if it's following a BTC pump, it doesn't do this, it just pumps freely, sometimes 5% or 10% easily at a time. I've been using this, just curious about the significance, is it manipulated?

Go check for yourself on binance chart history, looking at the 5, 15 or 30 minute charts because the prices obviously only remain stable for a short time during a BTC DUMP it's been consistent since mid December.

OP is right. BTC needs to die so alts can decouple and prices can do all sorts of crazy shit.
