Hold XRP, yes. But don't let them take your sats, anon.

Does utility matter in the case of BTC? In my opinion the only thing that matters is that when a normie invests in Bitcoin, they invest in BTC. Brand is everything. Utility matters for alts, but BTC is Bitcoin, whether it follows the whitepaper or not, and whether it serves as cash or not.

My feeling is that crypto currency as of now has no real value other than the fact that people are investing in it. It's sort of like a product that doesn't have any customers, but lots of investors. I doubt that any big governments are going to be using a crypto currency anytime soon and if they did they'd probably develop their own rather than use one of these that is developed by a small team. I think the idea is cool but it feels like it was a giant wave that was fueled by hype and now that hype is disappearing.
