The CFTC and the OCC clearly stated XRP is not a security, in fact they stated it was a currency, the BIS even called it a supranational currency and it STILL got sued.
Ripple went to the SEC every quarter for 4 years and got sued, Coinbase also went to them every quarter, they got the OK to ICO and they STILL got sued.
mETHereum is now proof of shit, we TOLD you NIGGERS the SEC said staking is a security because staking is “owning a stake” in a network.
