halving fundamentals are still well in play. once halving hits that's half the sell pressure. plus factor in the plustoken whale who's been selling like 1000 BTC daily since august.
MA's are lagging indicators and they cannot account for this. When the pump does kick off, whether it's pre or post halving, it will not stop. It will rip through resistance because sell pressure will be too low.
