if I recall right I spent the money on silver 3 cent pieces, which I later sold for a small profit. I've been collecting coins almost since I could walk, I am obsessed with them.

regarding the gumball machine, I told a story a couple threads ago... On labor day weekend last I got good and drunk and took the wife out to the dive bar to shoot pool. Being drunk, I inserted a $2k saloon token into the pool table repeatedly trying to get a game of pool. Luckily it didn't accept it, but I sure tried. Would've been the most expensive game of pool I've ever played if it had worked. Instead I got in a fighting mood and got myself arrested and sent to jail for a day. But I still have the token so it all worked out.
