I was thinking knoxville, new hampshire, oklahoma city, indiana, New Mexico, texas or scotland.

I dont care much about weather, mostly being close to a city with decent but or great taxes and cheap real estate. I only have about 950,000, and I want to buy a nice home on a few acres outside of the city, or in scotland, because it's cheap.
