It's not that pajeets and others are cheaper. They may make 20-30k less because they can't really negotiate.

It's because the hiring middle managers know that they can't leave because their visa is dependent on employment. This means they can abuse them to no end.

I interned at apple a few years back then then swe bar to entry was really low. (It still is). There was not one white in a 25 person team. I worked on software/hardware optimization (CoreOS). The middle managers where literally pajeets brought in from indian consultancy firms and would work us like slaves to meet deadlines in fear of there own jobs. At the end we worked longer hours for worse quality.

Ironically the industrial design/prototyping and marketing departments were majority white with a few asians thrown in mostly Japanese or Korean.

Is it possible to become smarter? I'm not a normie tier brainlet but I do have a hard time grasping complicated concepts and I have trouble staying focused for more than 5 minutes as my thoughts start to wander away.
