Thing is authentic Mexican food is not only bomb as fuck, but a lot of it isn't as unhealthy as American food. Sure some of it is unhealthy but if it's not candy or a pastry much of it doesn't have as much sugar in it. I'm Mexican and grew up in the US, the American friends that I've had at our parties always loved the food my family made.
