after seeing solana and hashgraph survive, and the proliferation of centralized nft marketplaces, I'm confidant your sentiment is widely shared, which is why I say if you want to be a billionaire, bring composability into web 2.0 . Now is the golden opportunity to just stick an evm on a centralized database, find some blackmailed execs and fillout the cheapest and to be most shilled 'network' with everything the defi community has been building the last 5 years.

I'll stress this though, in the positivist system the statement

is as about as accurate as saying you own the money sitting in your bank account. The bank will market it to you that way, common parlance will make it seem that way, but you'll only find out legal ownership of that money belongs to the bank during a b^nkrun3 . Positivism by definition means you receive a permission to licence, or rent. You wont own anything, you'll have a rental claim from the central authority. People usually only care about this distinction until its too late
