The bank will market it to you that way, common parlance will make it seem that way, but you'll only find out legal ownership of that money belongs to the bank during a b^nkrun3 . Positivism by definition means you receive a permission to licence, or rent. You wont own anything, you'll have a rental claim from the central authority. People usually only care about this distinction until its too late
