If that's someone's apartment, I'm gonna be pissed. I bought a condo in the quiet part of Dallas ($100k) and it's a 1 story place obviously. I know there's a point where renting costs way more in the end than just buying, so I worked my ass off and meme traded while living in Denton, TX (poorfag college hellhole) since 18 and outright bought the place. No help from anyone cause lol dead parents. The place is rock solid. I checked everything before moving in. No leaks or bullshit memes like fresh paint on rotting wood or granite countertops on particle board.
